Best Way to Lose Weight

I’ve tried so many different ways to lose weight, and nothing seemed to work. I’ll admit, I have a problem sticking to any diet meal plan that is overly. I have no will-power. For example, I recently tried the 6-Week Body Makeover Plan.

Week one I lost 5 pounds, so I was encouraged; however, by the middle of the second week it was totally over for me. While the diet does work since it restricts fat, salt, dairy and many other foods, and keeps you to around 1100 - 1200 calories as far as I could calculate, I was tired of eating only chicken or fish and brown rice for every meal. Also, there was so much meal preparation, and my family wanted to have other things for their meals, so I was cooking non-stop! And due to the restrictions, there was the temptation to binge when I fell off the wagon, so to speak.

I have finally determined the best way to lose weight is with a diet meal plan like the NutriSystem weight loss system, Weight Watchers, or The Medifast Program. These diet meal plans are often recommended by doctors, get good results, and users tend to keep the weight off after they reach their goal weight. The key is that they are not overly restrictive. You’ll still enjoy the same kinds of foods that you have now, but you’ll learn to modify your diet and make lifestyle changes that not only help you lose weight, but also improve your health, and keep the weight off over time.

The best way to lose weight fast is with the The Medifast Program. It is a clinically proven, doctor recommended meal plan that can help you lose as much as 20 pounds in 30 days.  The other diet meal plans may take a bit longer to lose the weight, but they are easy and effective.

Personally, the Weight Watchers plan has finally been working for me, but I’ll keep you posted with my progress.
